[contact-form-7 id=”268″ title=”Interview Request”]Isaki Livison Chiwara is a District AIDS Coordinator in Gokwe North District, Midlands Province, employed by National AIDS Council and a founder of Livewire Business and Development Consultancy. He has been in health and development work for more than 19 years both in government/parastatal and three international NGOs. He is interested in research, public policy issues and social accountability. During his spare time he coaches undergraduate and masters degree students on dissertation proposal writing and responding to call for papers in social sciences. He is also a Phd candidate focusing on social accountability in rural district councils.
