Nhlanhla Mlilo is an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation expert, humanitarian worker, proficient researcher in Policy and Development issues with over 10 years’ experience in the governance and leadership building, health, nutrition and food security, livelihoods enhancement and WASH sectors. Apart from being a lateral thinker he is an avid reader, a researcher with an eye for detail and possesses good verbal and written communication skills. In his current work role as the Senior MEAL Officer he is responsible among other activities for coordinating M & E, Accountability and Learning initiatives across all GOAL programs in Zimbabwe. He has good experience in alliance, partnership building, knowledge development, brokering and networking. An accomplished trainer with over 6 years’ experience organizing, facilitating and managing training sessions. He has experience in developing training materials, evaluating training’s and conducting post training follow-up support.
